As a part of this project, Siberian Anthracite is cooperating with Kuzbass State Technical University. In particular, the target agreements guarantee that students of 3-4 courses of the mine survey and geology departments would have enhanced education and ensured employment with Siberian Anthracite. An interactive program with the leading universities of Novosibirsk has been developed in which the target need of Siberian Anthracite for specialists of certain professions has been set until 2030. In order to attract high-potential people who live near Siberian Anthracite, it’s cooperating with technical and secondary schools of the Iskitim district. It includes visiting company facilities by students and children of our employees, and conducting occupational guidance in the educational institutions telling about the specifics of different mining specialties.
