The company has commissioned a number of facilities and purchased new mining equipment as part of its development of the Severny and Krutikhinsky areas of the Kolyvansky deposit.

Specifically, the company has commissioned an administrative complex, a dining room, an individual heating unit, a fire-fighting and water-pumping station, treatment facilities for domestic and drinking water, and a boiler room. The deposit is located in the Iskitim district of Novosibirsk region.

The company has also agreed to buy new transport equipment including two Hyundai loaders, an EC-400 excavator with an extended boom, four Scania trucks, two bulldozers, a Caterpillar D10, and a Caterpillar 834H wheel dozer, and has commissioned a 130-ton BELAZ dump truck.

Siberian Anthracite’s development programme invests in equipment, construction, development of transport infrastructure and social projects to significantly increase the volumes of anthracite coal that it mines and processes.
